Another award for Global EdTech firm

Congratulation to Telford Innovation Campus tenants, Scanning Pens, the Global EdTech firm has made another high-profile addition to its awards cabinet with the Australian Disability Service Conference and Awards prize for the Best Assistive Technology Product of 2022. The new accolade joins a Queen’s Award for Business for International Trade presented in 2021, and a double win at the BETT Awards for Exporter of the Year and Company of the Year in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

New cyber building officially opened in Herefordshire

The new £9 million Cyber Quarter – Midlands Centre for Cyber Security based at Skylon Park on the Herefordshire Enterprise Zone was officially opened on Monday 6 December 2021
.

The centre is a joint venture between the University of Wolverhampton and Herefordshire Council and is part-funded by the Government’s Local Growth Fund, via the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
